Why are we reviewing it?
o This was an instant classic for both of us and the critical scores don’t reflect how awesome this film really is.
Tagline(s):
o Heading your way
o Consume mass quantities!
o Young ones! Parental units! We summon you!
Written by:
o Tom Davis
o Dan Aykroyd
o Bonnie Turner

Directed by:
o Steve Barron
Music:
o David Newman wrote the score, which is complimented by songs from Soft Cell, Red Hot Chili Peppers, REM, Paul Simon, and Barenaked Ladies. It’s like a mashup of early MTV pop songs from the early 90’s.
The Cast:
It’s a cacophony of some of SNL’s heaviest hitters and other comedic geniuses. It’s chocked so full of comedic royalty that talents like ELLEN DEGENERES and Drew Carey are basically relegated to the roles of Extras. But for the most part, all of the cast SHINE brightly during their sometimes “fleeting” moments of screen time.
